client: university of guelph

project type: graphic design // layout

your adventure starts here. let’s improve life together.

so, i used to work for the university of guelph in the office of admission services. the focus? to recruit and convert undergraduate, mature, transfer and international students. i worked on the communications’ team, and the *viewbook* project was under my umbrella. i would liaison with the designer in piecing together the 80+ page domestic viewbook, and 20+ page transfer, international, china and south asia viewbooks.

but *now*, i’m the designer! this project is completely full circle. i walked away from a job i really enjoyed, with a team that was so hard to say goodbye to, in order to pursue something i wasn’t sure was going to work out [but that brought me joy]. and now – i get to work with that team again to encourage students to pursue higher ed, while having a liiiittle more control over the design of such important publications. it’s so rad, and i’m so grateful.
